The Holley Hotel on Quarrier Street in downtown Charleston was a result of the capital city's boom years.
Built in 1910, the Holley was not so grand as the best hotels in town, but it was a good place to stay for middle-class travelers, and it did have a swell cafeteria.See the full content of this document
