Q:I recently stayed at a four-star hotel in Beverly Hills, where I was charged $10 a day for housekeeping. I argued the charge with the hotel manager, but he wouldn't budge, saying the charge was outlined on my emailed reservation confirmation. How can hotels get away with this devious practice?
