Seasons in Flux: ; Three of States Top Prep Football Players Facing Adversity Heading Into Senior Campaigns

While Wasonga's status was merely hinging on academic deficiencies, Henry and Puller were dealing with serious injury and illness, respectively.

As it turns out, Wasonga and Henry have taken a turn for the better and are expected to participate when preseason drills begin on Aug. 2 for teams around West Virginia. Puller, however, still battles a mysterious illness that has jeopardized his health and has likely ended his high school athletic career.
