Little Jefferson 'Moving Forward' - Toward Bankruptcy

Lewis usually closes every town council meeting with some variation of the optimistic mantra.

Part of his plan for moving the town forward is implementing a business and occupation tax, but that idea doesn't sit well with many of the town's business owners. And that opposition doesn't sit well with the mayor, either.
