Summary
At first look this beautiful church might be mistaken for the Episcopal church at the intersection of Broad (Leon Sullivan Way) and Quarrier but it is in fact the First Presbyterian that stood for only 33 years on the southwest corner of Quarrier and Hale Street.
Commercial real estate in the heart of old Charleston was so valuable that this architectural work of art was sold and demolished to make way for a rather ordinary office building (that still stands).See the full content of this document
