Summary


Since I was the one being ordained, I sat in a front row seat, watching and listening as sacred words were spoken and hands were laid upon my head by those elders and ministers as I knelt. My father, a long time elder took part. What were his thoughts that day? I never asked him.

I am asked now and then to comment on what has changed, and what is the same about ministry and the church over the years.
