Children cried on Wednesday after teachers broke the news and explained complex bankruptcy proceedings. West Virginia Coach owner Scott Carson was ordered to sell his bankrupt company to Croswell VIP Motor Coach Tours of Ohio. The bankruptcy court chose that company, which offered to pay more but not to honor previous reservations.
