After a two-vehicle collision Saturday near the Leon Sullivan exit of Interstate 77, one vehicle was left "teetering" on the wall.
Lt. Jim Sands of the Charleston Police Department said one vehicle rolled over and landed upright, but it was on the wall that forms part of the exit. The vehicle's rear end was hanging over the edge of the elevated exit.See the full content of this document
