SISTERSVILLE - For the eighth year, Sistersville will be the site of the two-day SistersFest on Friday and Saturday.
The weekend theme is "Perfect Pajama Party" and guests are encouraged to wear PJs to the 7 p.m. dessert contest, during which their sleeping attire will be judged. A variety show follows.
